I couldnot imagine a village girl like Zobaida could be such an scam artist. Why is it that all the Musharraf's men are now turning out to be con-men, and women. Look at Javed Ashraf Qazi, Omar Asghar who died with his secrets (another NGO chap), Javed Jabbar (yet another NGO), Khair Mohammed Junejo of Fishing Trawlers scandal fame, Razzak Dawood of Steel imports scandal millions, Bilal Musharraf's father in law and the Mr Two per cent. Now Zobaida Jalal, the doll from nowhere. Wait until Musharraf goes. Then the real dirt will fly.

Our country has the talent and power to be one of the best countries in the world however because of people like Ms.Jalal and other corrupted politicians, we are ranking in dirt. We truly need a new "KHUMENI" like revolutionary who is modest enough to embrace the intellectuality, technology and growth and brave enough to put people behind bars and cut their heads off for harming the nation. Our own countrymen (Mir Jaffer, Dukin of Hyderababad, and now this long lane of NGO and CIA and FBI Agents) are the real culpurts. We must do a foucus hardwork to get out of these NGO and thier agents who actually are the real threat to Pakistan and its people. We have resources and hardwork people, we just need a vision and fiath that we can do every work without the help of these NGOs and thier agents. I must say, however, I find the tone of the news item paternalistic, condescending and extremely offensive. One wonders whether a male wrong-doer would be spoken of in such a manner. No one belongs to Mekran can imagine, Zubiada had such a act of curreption. Being a NGO activist and now MNA-elect she enjoyes the represention of the people of Mekran, should keep herself from all these alligations and outlaws acts. Her motive should be development of the area which she represent, but not running for making money in illicit manners. In fact, she did a good job in educationla sector in her village and it may be continued, but would not be a source of earning dollores. Hope she will remain clean and didicated and answerable with her deprived people Mr. editor this is a very nice idea to expose the irregularties made by the top slot gorvenment fan so, that a conducieve envirnoment may be created for common-men political and social activists. I would ilso avail this oppurtunity to all the friends, that it should not be consudered a case did by a NGO activist but common Pakistani, becuase NGO sector does not teach for curreption. Thanks

We must also know of other " progressive " women connected with the dictator. Attiya Inautullah is a case in point. She was also Zia-ul-Haq's favourite gal and somehow or the other she has won our latest saviours' heart. Why is it that these dictators keep on coming back to the same women again and again. Please enlighten us.

Such things must come to surface, people should know what is behind the "gentle looking people". However, i would have been much better had you not discussed her personal life issues. She has right to like and marry any one, it is non of our concern. Two marraiges may be considered wrong, but when people make decision it is their family concern not our.
