Zine review - Savage messiah 2
The punk rock dialectic has unfolded since the sixties, Earth Air Water
and Fire via Class, Race, Sex and Ecological war. The literary
avante-garde, those dealers of death have since taken this dialectic
through East, West, North, South - their orientalism has since the
nineties sought to reanimate the corpses that litter of the north-west passage. And so,
from the mythical land of west east sax, here manifest in Limehouse where,
as sax rhomer said, east is west - we adjourn our
meeting, and head west into the city for the launch of Lauranorder's
Savage Messiah #2. Despite being banned from the foundry, this is
something that I cannot miss. Even though Shoredich is known as 'East
London', it is indeed west to us and from our strategic vantage point, it
is easy to take the piss out of the barely conscious paranoia of
orientalists who write about ‘the West’ and are rejoined by the British
establishment at the psychic barricades where they are desperately
(re)constructing western values. But the vanguard of such polarisation is manifest in the avante-garde of liberal racism,
eg the European Peoples Global Action (pga-e) and their Eurasian comrades
in ‘eastern europe’ (although it must be stated that the PGA-e have tried
to distance themselves from PGA-Ukraine after they were warned about new
right infiltration - how successful this is remains to be seen) are far
more interested into dividing the world into North and South.
How much this is due to research funding by NATO into quantum computing,
migration and behavioural sciences is of course academic. Usa and ussr
collaborated throughout the cold war on a electro-magnetic research
project in the north pole - there are some Eurasians that see the world
from the perspective of the south pole and the ocean. But such polarising
is a constant feature of Euclidean geometry and capitalist exploitation. The capital-city-ism of

oppression may take diverse forms - but the effect is still collectively
oppresive.
And so the Savage Messiah straddles London for her 2nd issue, from the
Isle of Dogs we head south over the Thames to Elephant and Castle to take
on the patriarchs, the racists and of course the literary
psychogeographers of the bourgeoisie - head first. The panopticon monitors
our progress - the eye within the circle - the hierarchy of Newtons
pyrmidical perspective is exploded but the savage messiah traces that
neo-masonic curve (see intro to te English edition of open creation and
its enemies) through detourned desires (trapped in the tricorn
timemachine that never made it back 2 the future from that western
monolith known as “the sixties”) from 1975-82, thru a 90s wormhole
straight thru to 2013. The reanimation of Class War and ALF benefit gigs-
when anticapitalist activities were funded by the direct labour of
activfists, rather than bank-rolled by aristocratic anarchists and
bougies.
The messiah's ranting and raving is also a psychic possession of those who
write heavy books for light space, to give flesh and blood to the demons
and angels of bosch and bachelard, bakhtin and bakunin. The Nazis,
yuppies, skins, football lads, punks, cowboys, mods and teds, saints and
sinners, poets , politicians and paedophiles, the monks, fascists and old
comedians - and worse of all the urban developers headed by the Great
Architect himself - none escape without a good kick in the eye! Newton
imagined that light and thus white was the word of god on earth. The black
and white messiah turns the light of the prophets back on her
interrogators - the torturors - and the Great Architext is sent reeling,

opening the doors to the city - we are long bored of the city - and we
know the doors can be slammed shut at any moment. We have not breached an
aporia - there is no rupture. Londoners have always been against London,
from the Roman times to today, the people of London have always had to
resist being robbed, their labour congealed into the capital. It has
always been the fascists who bomb us and the government who bombard us -
we are here, we were always here - our flesh and blood congealed.
